As apart of the application process, we may be required to request some of the above information to assist you. Any information given by you for the purposes of your application(s) are kept in accordance with this policy.
 

4. Acceptance

 You may not access our website or order our goods or request our services if you are younger than eighteen (18) years of age or do not have legal capacity to conclude legally binding contracts.

 When you submit an enquiry, or register on our website, you will no longer be anonymous to us.

  • your company name, company registration number, 
  • your postal address or street address for Agents and RTO’s; and
  • your username and password. For agents and RTO’s.


From browser 
 Please note that our websites visited before entering our website might place personal information within your URL during a visit to it, and we have no control over such third party websites. Accordingly, a subsequent website that collects URL information may log some personal information.

Web beacons

Our hosting company will host our website in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced security measures to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. 
 
 We authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities. We have adapted disaster recover procedures and will apply these where appropriate.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 

 Any topic or issue relating to Privacy that is not covered under our Privacy Policy is governed by the provisions in the Act and the Australian Privacy Principles.  

In the event of any inconsistency between our Privacy Policy and the  Act or the Australian Privacy Principles, the Act and the Australian Privacy Principles will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency
